RAIN OUT GUIDELINES

4:00 pm (453-8134).
Please note: Park and Rec. has requested that NO inquiries to the main number be made.
Park and Rec. will give out no field information prior to 4:00 pm.

For all Recreational games during the weekend, if the Club decides to cancel soccer for the day, the club will notify the Coordinators. The Coordinators will then inform Commissioners who will then notify all head coaches. It is the responsibility of the head coaches to phone their players. A message will also be posted on the SCOG line (458-0421) and on the SCOG website (www.guilfordsoccer.org). The referee coordinator will notify the referees.
In the event that it rains during the day, the coaches and the coaches together decided to cancel their game, they will need to call all players and cancel their referee by calling the Soccer Hotline at 458-0421.
If the club does not close the fields and Coaches/Assistant Coaches arrive for their game to find there are standing puddles of water or the water on the field gives a "squishing" sound when you walk on it, Coaches need to cancel the game on the field and inform the referees.
