Registration of Teams into the Guilford Soccerfest Tournament ARE NOT done on this website!

For US Youth Soccer Clubs In CT, MA and NJ 

Since all the USYS clubs in CT, MA and NJ are part of the Stack US Soccer Connect(USSC) system at your state level, you will be able to directly register your team in our tournament from that system.

If using the Sports Connect(SC), clubs should utilize there club system for registration of players and formation of teams. You will then use the Submit button on the team formation page to push the team to the US Soccer Connect(USSC) system. From there on the Teams configuration there is a Tournament tab to register in "Guilford CT Soccerfest" Tournament.

If using the Sports Connect(SC), clubs should start in your local club system. Login to YOUR club system. Go to the Volunteer Tab on the left. If you are a Team Admin you will have a button "Go TO CT Junior Soccer". Click That. You will now be the CJSA system. Ensure you are viewing your My Account Page. Click on the "Team" tab. Then ensure you are on the "Teams" sub tab and not the "Tournaments" Sub tab. You will see the link to "Apply to Tournament". Click that link. Select "Guilford CT Soccerfest" Tournament and follow all screens. 

If NOT using the new Sports Connect(SC) sites, then you will need to upload your players to the US Soccer Connect(USSC) system. You will form your teams. From there on the Teams configuration there is a Tournament tab to register in "Guilford CT Soccerfest" Tournament.
 

For US Youth Soccer Clubs NOT In CT, MA and NJ And Clubs NOT In US Youth Soccer

Your process is a little different as you are not using US Soccer Connect.

1. Please register your team(s) on this website: Click Here
2. When registering on the first page, this can be a single person that will register all or most of the teams. For example if one person from the club will do the registering for several teams. Or, this first page can be a one to one relationship to a team and each team registers themselves. 
3. Subsequent pages will allow you to all all the Team Personnel such as Coaches, Asst Coaches and Managers. Please add everyone that needs to receive tournament information and game schedules. 
4. On the player pages, you can enter your player information.
5. Do not pay for any team until you receive confirmation they were accepted. If you pay and your team is not accepted, the refund will be less the fees.
