How Do I Register For The First Time with Soccer Club Of Guilford(SCOG)

1. Always go to Club Website: www.GuilfordSoccer.Org and then click any of the three Registration Options: Left Menu Register Here, OR Top Menu Register Here, OR Big Red Register Now button
2. Please read the policies of the SCOG at the top of the page at your convenience
3. Roll down to all the programs listed. Review your options if there is more than one.
4. Once you select the correct program for the first player click the Register button in the bottom of the correct registration program box
5. Read the next screen and then click Continue button
6. Click Green Button to Create Account
7. Enter your email and click Continue button
8. An email was just sent to you. Use link in the email to set your password.
9. Return to the sign in window you already had open in step "7" above. Or if you closed it go back to step "4".
10. Use your email and password to login
11. The first Screen is to enter the First Parent/Guardian profile information. This is Not the Player Profile Yet. Please enter all your information including birthdate which cannot be changed by you later but can be changed by the club web admin if you mke a mistake. [email protected].
12. If there is a second Parent/Guardian please check the box on the bottom of the screen intending to do so
13. Click Submit button
14. If you checked enter Second Guardian box, Fill in the second Parent/Guardian information and click submit. Please enter all your information including birthdate which cannot be changed by you later but can be changed by the club web admin if you mke a mistake. [email protected].
15. Next Screen is the Player/Participant screen. Fill in the PLAYER information and click submit. Please enter all your information including birthdate which cannot be changed by you later but can be changed by the club web admin if you mke a mistake. [email protected].
16. Now you are into the registration form questions that are specific to that program and age group. Please select all options as needed. Click Submit at the bottom
17. You are now on the Registration Review screen and can "Register Another" player for any of the programs or "Pay Now" or at the bottom click button to go "Back to registration"
18. Once you have register all players on the Registration Review Screen please click the "Pay Now" button and enter all credit card information.
19. A registration is not complete and players not assigned to teams until payment is made.
    

How Do I Register If I Am Already A Member of the Soccer Club Of Guilford(SCOG)

1. Always go to Club Website: www.GuilfordSoccer.Org and then click any of the three Registration Options: Left Menu Register Here, OR Top Menu Register Here, OR Big Red Register Now button
2. Please read the policies of the SCOG at the top of the page at your convenience

6. Use your email and password to login
7. Click the Green Register Button for the eligible player.
8. Review and update player information as needed and click Submit button. Birthdate cannot be changed but can be changed by the club web admin if you made a mistake. [email protected].
9. Now you are into the registration form questions that are specific to that program and age group. Please select all options as needed. Click Submit at the bottom
10. You are now on the Registration Review screen and can "Register Another" player for any of the programs or "Pay Now" or at the bottom click button to go "Back to registration"
11. Once you have register all players on the Registration Review Screen please click the "Pay Now" button and enter all credit card information.
12. A registration is not complete and players not assigned to teams until payment is made.

How Do I Pay My Family's Open Balance?

• From club website at www.guilfordsoccer.org
• Look down the left hand menu and click "Edit My Account"
• On the subsequent screen please login using the onscreen instructions
• Once logged in you will see a Pay Now button in the lower right below the family balance. Please click that.
• On the subsequent screen you will be able to enter all you payment information.
• Any amounts that are due in full are not editable on this screen.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you currently have a payment plan in effect, you do not need to pay that in full for a sebsequent registration. Simply change the dollar amount of the registration to $0 for the registration on a payment plan.
• PLEASE NOTE: If you currently have a payment plan in effect and you wish to pay it off, use the instructions above to get to the payment screen and simply pay the amount pre-filled.
